The 12-Week Maxwell Method of Selling Boot Camp is based on the leadership principles and values of Dr John C Maxwell, leading authority on leadership development. Each module in this boot camp is designed to equip you with the skills you need to dramatically improve your sales results. Over the course of 12 weeks, you will learn how to effectively:
- SERVE OTHERS through selling
- Have the right POSTURE, MINDSET and ATTITUDE throughout the sales process
- DEVELOP RELATIONSHIPS versus conduct transactions
- MASTER THE SALES CONVERSATION and confidently present your products, services or programmes
We'll also work through the following concepts:
- how to identify YOUR IDEAL PROSPECTS and develop referral sources
- 3 QUESTIONS you need to ask in EVERY sales conversation
- the critical importance of PERSISTENCE
WHAT TO EXPECT
Prepare yourself for 12 weeks of learning and growth with a group of like-minded colleagues from around the country.
This is how the Maxwell Method of Selling 12-Week Boot Camp will look:
- You'll invest one hour each week to actively participate in 12 interactive and collaborative virtual sessions.
- these sessions will be delivered over ZOOM
- You'll receive an email containing your .pdf learning materials each week that relate to the upcoming topic (no sense receiving everything at once when you wont' have context for more than 1 week at a time)
- You'll be expected to practice what you learn each week in order to help you embed the concepts - we're going for long-term, positive change
- You'll be able to connect with me and my team as well as your colleagues between sessions on our dedicated SLACK online community workspace. SLACK is a great way to:
- Access additional resources
- Ask questions and receive answers and receive input from my team and the group
- Brainstorm and problem-solve using the collective wisdom of your group
- You will develop friendships over the 12 weeks with people you can continue to connect with afterward
- You will be part of a community of friends who are focused on growing themselves and supporting each other
- You will receive a follow-up One-to-One Coaching Session (30 minutes) with me at the conclusion of the Boot Camp for the purpose of creating your 'continuing sales development' plan
